She was born and raised in Athens. She studied Acting at the Drama School of National Theater of Northern Greece. The following years she worked in Greece as an actress and a teacher of theatrical education. She, then, continued her studies in London, where she studied physical theater at LISPA (London International School of Performing Art). She concluded her studies with the MA “Integral movement and performance practice” under Rose Bruford College. She studied Alexander Technique at the school of Jörg Asshoff, in Berlin, while in parallel training at yoga. Alongside Alexander technique’s consistent foundations, she combines the technique's principles with Yoga as well as creative practices.
